The reducer series can meet all the power requirements of TD and DX belt conveyors and other transport machinery and the working range of 0.8-6.5m/s belt speed.
The first stage transmission of the reducer is Gleason spiral bevel gear, and the second and third stage gear is involute cylindrical helical gear.
Reducer lubrication: generally idle conditions, reducer gear and bearings, the use of oil splash lubrication, natural cooling. Only when the working balance temperature of the reducer exceeds the specified value or the carrying capacity exceeds the heat power pG, the circulating lubrication or oil tank with cooling pipe is adopted.
