DBY DCY Series Conical Cylindrical Gearbox
Manufactured under national standards, its parameters like center distance and nominate transmission ratio have been advantaged while design.
Its main parts are command for use to shorten the delivery time. Large in load, high in efficiency, long in service life stable in running, and low in noise.
Usually, dip-feed lubrication for cooling; for special purpose, a fan, cooling coil or oil pump for circulation is equipped for cooling. For prattle-axes structure: ZDY for single type, ZLY for
double type and ZSY for triple type; for direct-joint structure; DBY for double type and slyly for triple type.
Cone/Cylindrical gear speed reducer (hereinafter briefly as reducer) is used in the driving device on the vertical direction of input and output shaft. It is mainly used in belt conveyer and various transportation machineries, as well as used in drive gear of universal machinery in fields of coal, metallurgy, mine, chemical, building material, light industry and petroleum, etc.

DBY, DBYK, and DBZ reducer has 12 specs, with nominal center distance 160mm, 180mm, 200mm, 224mm, 250mm, 280mm, 315mm, 355mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, and 560mm respectively; each spec has five transmission ratios (8, 10, 11.2, 12.5, and 14), two directions of turning, four assembly types, forming 240 kinds of reducers.
DCY, DCYK, and DCZ reducer has 15 specs, with nominal center distance 160mm, 180mm, 200mm, 224mm, 250mm, 280mm, 315mm, 355mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 560mm, 630mm, 710mm, and 800mm respectively; each spec has 11 transmission ratios (16, 18, 20, 22.4, 25, 28, 31.5, 35.5, 40, 45, and 50), two directions of turning, four assembly types, forming 660 kinds of reducers.
The reducer series meet all power demands of TD type and DX type belt conveyer and other transport machineries, and working scope of 0.8-6.5m/s belt speed.
The first drive of speed reducer is Gleason spiral bevel gear, the second and third is involute cylindrical spiral gear.
Lubrication of reducer: Generally, gear of reducer adopts splash lubrication and natural cooling. Only if the work balance temperature of reducer exceeds the set value and the load power exceeds thermal power P, circulating lubrication or sump lubrication with cooling tube is adopted.
It consists of model, nominal center distance a (last grade center distance), nominal transmission ration, assembly model, and input shaft rotation direction code.
According to the output shaft, it can be classified into I, II, III, and IV four kinds. Type I and II are left and right output shafts; III and IV are left and right output shaft of removal brake.
